Property developer Palma Holding has completed the structural works on its Serenia Residences project, located on the Palm Jumeirah, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The AED 1.5 bn project comprises 250 units, ranging from one to four bedroom units, including penthouse suites and is scheduled for handover in late 2017. According to its statement, Palma is currently finishing the electrical, mechanical and plumbing works along with ceiling and glass works with structural works being completed.
