Palmier Developments has unveiled its latest venture, Zayard North Strike, situated in New Sheikh Zayed City atop a prominent hill spanning 20 feddans, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed El Haj, Chairman of Palmier Developments, emphasized that this new undertaking is a pivotal component of the company’s expansion strategy, capturing unique investment prospects crafted with top-tier quality standards and tailored to present the utmost value to customers. Positioned strategically in New Sheikh Zayed City, this project occupies a vital and distinguished locale.

El Haj elaborated that the project, spanning 20 feddans, encompasses a collection of luxury villas and twin houses. 15% of the area is designated for residential units, while the remainder is allocated for landscaped areas, commercial zones, and thoroughfares. The envisioned completion timeline is set at four years.

Nestled near Dahshur Road and Boulevard Axis, along Dabaa Axis and in close proximity to Alexandria Desert Road, Sphinx International Airport, Mall of Arabia, Arkan Plaza, and Strip Mall, the site boasts easy accessibility to key locales.
