Paragon Developments signs an agreement with Adeer Holding, a subsidiary of Sumou Holding Group, to form a company managing and developing administrative projects called Paragon Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement seeks to jointly cooperate in setting up Paragon Saudi Arabia Co. as a real estate manager and developer in the kingdom by mapping a road map for its incorporation and operation, creating opportunities to develop administrative projects in Riyadh and Jeddah focusing on comfort, luxury and modern technology.

The agreement comes during a seminar in Riyadh under the theme “Successful Investment Strategies in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the U.K.

The meeting features discussions on successful investment opportunities in Egypt and Saudi Arabia from industry experts and international and local developers, as well as serious talks about real estate financing.
