Paragon Developments, the leading company in the construction of administrative buildings, has announced the launch of the Amtar project in collaboration with Seqoon company, Invest-Gate reports.

Amtar introduces an innovative concept to the commercial real estate market by offering partial ownership opportunities through a share system for small investors. The project involves the construction of an administrative space within the Paragon 3 building, with prices ranging from EGP 2.5 mn to EGP 4 mn.

This initiative aligns with Paragon’s strategic approach of introducing modern and innovative real estate concepts and establishing promising partnerships to create new opportunities in Egypt.

The Amtar project represents a significant and impactful step in real estate development, offering a new model and investment prospects for small investors. The construction area of the project spans approximately 22,876 sqm, and the Paragon 3 project is scheduled to be operational by 2026.

Throughout the investment period, investors will have access to the Amtar application, powered by Seqoon, which enables them to track their shares, payments, and installments. The application provides a user-friendly interface that allows investors to stay informed about the project’s performance, developments, and construction stages.

One of the unique selling points of the Amtar project is its prime location within Paragon 3, situated in the heart of the financial district in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), ensuring easy accessibility.
