GV Developments organizes a field visit by members of the House of Representatives and leaders of the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI) to Tarboul project, to follow up on its execution and receive a briefing on its impact on the national economy, Invest-Gate reports.
Situated on 26,000 sqm, Tarboul city aims to localize basic, supplementary, and value-added industries, as well as exports and recycling industries and smart logistics services, Chairman of GV Developments, Sherif Hamouda, comments.
Hamouda demonstrates plans for the construction of smart and internal transport networks to achieve flexibility in the movements of goods and individuals.
The city is expected to accommodate 2 mn people, Hamouda notes.
In a similar vein, CEO of Tarboul Industrial City, Magdy Ghazy, reveals that the city is set to create over 700,000 jobs for citizens of Upper Egypt governorates in more than 13,000 industrial facilities.
