Pavillion Takes Safety Precautions to Face COVID-19

Pavillion Architects sets a safety plan to ensure a minimal effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) on its workplace, suppliers, customers, and operations, Invest-Gate reports.

The plan consists of four phases: raising the awareness of the employees; providing necessary hygiene tools; decreasing the workforce by 50%, and setting a work-from-home policy. The company is to “identify business-essential positions needed for the sustainability of functions and operations, and is prepared to cross-train and develop a plan to function in the absence of some positions,” according to the company’s press release.

In the aftermath of the crisis, the company will assess its risk management strategy by “preparing a report on the status of the implemented projects, holding a ‘Crisis Analysis Meeting’ with all department heads, listing all the losses, if any, during the pandemic,” the statement further highlighted.
