The second phase of the Redwood Park project, owned by Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates, has been 50% sold, reported Gulf Business.

The developer stated that 10% of phase two has been completed, including excavation and ground works. The project will be fully delivered in September 2017.

The first phase of the project was completely sold out in June 2016, and will reach 80% completion on schedule in September 2016.

Construction also started on phase three of the project, which will include a clubhouse and a retail center.
