Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar has announced that phase I of Badr City’s Sakan Misr middle-income project, which comprises 1,272 apartments, reached a completion rate of 96%, Invest-Gate reports.
Being almost 60% implemented, merely 9,024 residential units, with areas varying between 115 and 118 square meters, are underway to roof employees of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Head of Badr City Development Authority Ammar Mandour revealed in a ministerial statement on January 13.
The news came during El Gazzar and Mandour’s tour to follow up on latest updates at east Cairo’s Badr City, where he also confirmed that work is underway to develop the area’s infrastructure and utilities in tandem, in a bid to host citizens in due time, the statement concluded.
