Pillarz Developments To Launch Tiffany Business Park’s Phase I in NAC

Pillarz Developments to launch the first phase of the Tiffany Business Park project at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with target sales worth EGP 500 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Tiffany Business Park is located on 5,412 sqm in the MU23 area at NAC. It is a mixed-use project that includes commercial, administrative, and medical units. It comprises a ground floor, seven floors, two garages, and a roof with a landscape area that exceeds 70% of the project land. He remarks that the project includes many services that suit consumers’ needs.

Additionally, the project is located in plot B2 and has two facades, one of which overlooks the main square, while the other overlooks the Sports City, which is overlooked by most of the project’s units with a wide view and glass facades interspersed with sunlight, which provides natural lighting for the units, he elaborates.

As for the project location, CEO of Pillarz Developments Marwan Al-Tobgi says, “It is situated in a prime location, easily accessible from the new capital’s gate through Suez Road and Al Aml Axis. Additionally, it is in the middle of three of the most densely populated residential areas R2 and R3 and Al Maqsad villas, which are designed with more than 500,000 housing units for a capacity of two million people.”

For his part, Pillarz Development’s Executive Manager and Board Member Hatem Khalifa notes that the first phase of the project embraces commercial units on the ground floor with areas ranging from 65 to 231 sqm, and administrative units and clinics on the fifth floor with areas ranging from 51 to 223 sqm.

Khalifa adds that Construction and Reconstruction Engineering Company (CRC-DORRA) is responsible for the project construction, in addition, Hafez Consultants plays the role of engineering consultant for the project. Besides, Profilerz will undertake the project design of facades and landscapes, as well as, Vim33 will provide marketing consultancy services.

He further points out that 70% of the project land has been allocated for public services, the main square, restaurants, and landscaping. Additionally, Tiffany Business Park encompasses meeting rooms, an around- the- clock security service center, continuous maintenance services, a smart ventilation system, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a variety of other services.

Moreover, the project includes a variety of unit spaces, ranging between 50 and 318 sqm in the ground, first, second and fifth floors. Khalifa mentions that the practical spaces in the project have been allocated to major companies and that all units have views of front facades.
