Platform Leaders, the American company, plans to start the actual operation of the real estate platform, “Homes”, Invest-Gate reports.

Homes is the first specialized electronic platform in Egypt that contains documented and official information and data on real estate projects, investment areas, and opportunities in all new and existing cities. Thus, the platform will serve as an approved reference for all those wishing to invest and buy in Egypt.

Ahmed El Batrawy, chairman of the company and founder of the new platform, points out that the main and ultimate goal of this platform is to support the real estate export system abroad, explaining that Egypt enjoys promising investment opportunities in a large number of vital cities and regions, but it lacks the availability of accurate and documented information and data.

El Batrawy further adds that this project costs an initial investment of EGP 150 mn, expecting the idea to succeed in the Egyptian market. He also points out that the company’s strategy is based on more than 30 years of experience in the real estate market in the USA.

“The Egyptian market is now going through a remarkable transformation in market indicators, and transactions are shifting from direct selling, buying and brokerage to a promising digital market,” El Batrawy says.

Furthermore, he elaborates that the platform helps the buyer to browse the largest amount of real estate projects in the easiest way and access very accurate information related to the property, thus, he can compare between different properties and various alternatives.

Moreover, the platform helps in facilitating the procedures for obtaining real estate financing for clients.

“The platform will prepare complete training courses for marketers and dealers on the site and qualify them with selling skills. Additionally, the platform will allow continuous evaluations by customers of these marketers to maintain the level of performance,” El Batrawy confirms.
