Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly toured New Alamein City today, where he inspected units of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative located within Hassan Allam’s beachside towers, Invest-Gate reports.

The Prime Minister visited a model residential unit on the 20th floor to review construction quality and assess project progress.

Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities explained that the initiative’s first phase includes 5,055 units—comprising apartments and villas—across nine cities, including the beachfront towers in New Alamein. The project also offers a flexible payment system, with some units available for immediate delivery.

El Sherbini noted that the beach tower area features 23 towers. Structural work has been completed on 15 of these, with many units fully finished and others nearing completion. The ministry aims to deliver all sold units by 30 June 2025.

He added that structural work is also complete for three additional towers, where finishing work is ongoing, targeting full delivery by 31 March 2026.

In total, 18 beach towers will house approximately 6,300 residential units and 759 commercial units. Additionally, construction is underway on five Marina Towers out of a planned seven, with 2,648 units currently in the structural phase.
