Porto Group Unveils First-of-its-Kind Project in East Cairo

Porto Group celebrated on July 18 the preliminary launch of its latest compound in Mostakbal City, named “Golf Porto Cairo,” featuring for the first time in Egypt a separate yard with each unit and overlooking a one-of-a-kind golf course, Invest-Gate reports.

During a meeting held in the presence of over 400 key real estate marketing companies, Porto Group showcased its newest 3,500-unit development in east Cairo, ending the event with the signing of multiple contracts with these firms to start marketing Golf Porto Cairo and “promising an amazing surprise to all when it comes to high-end designs and affordable payment plans,” according to a recent press release.  

In its statement, the Egypt-based developer emphasized that the conference set the basis for “one of the most unique projects in the history of Egyptian real estate,” which is characterized by having Cairo’s first footgolf course. Abdullah Lotfy, head of the developer’s real estate sector, said Golf Porto Cairo extends over 152 acres, situated at Mostakbal City’s fourth phase, in close proximity to the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Madinaty, and New Cairo. 

“It is the first of its kind and a great attraction to all lovers of footgolf in Egypt. The amenities were created by Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo (WATG), one of the largest planning entities in the world, featuring the renowned Steve Reston, one of the best designers of footgolf courses worldwide. Steve described it as a challenge that could not be handled better and sees a bright future ahead for the project,” Lotfy was quoted as saying. 

Comprising several globally renowned restaurants, an international school, a nursery, a clubhouse, a mosque, besides administrative offices and clinics, Golf Porto Cairo consists of roughly 3,000 apartments, ranging from 59 to 142 square meters, in addition to 500 villas, varying between 105 to 375 square meters. All properties boast ultra-smart designs that subtract the possibility of units merging, providing larger areas pursuant to the preferences of each client. Besides, a spacious swimming pool and a commercial hub, dubbed “Street Mall,” are allotted to extend the utmost levels of fun and tranquility.
