Egypt’s Porto for Tourism Development, a subsidiary of Porto Group, has received a land plot from El Mostakbal for Urban Development – master developer of Mostakbal City – to develop its newest residential project in the new city, Porto City, state-owned Al Ahram Al Iktisadi news website reports.
The company aims to launch Porto City soon, which is targeted to become one of the best projects in the area due to the compound’s strategic location.
The project is part of the property developer’s expansion plan to develop new projects as a value adding to the achievements of Porto Group, aiming to meet demands of clients in New Cairo, according to Al Ahram Al Iktisadi on December 19.
Back in November, CEO and Chairman of Porto Group Mohamed El Sayed had signed a contract with El Mostakbal for Urban Development to develop its newest integrated urban development in east Cairo on an area of about 151.31 acres.
Through this project, the developer aims to push further with its vision of creating modern and sophisticated urban communities that are full of recreational products that provide various means of relaxation and comfort, the online news portal added.
