PRE Group has officially launched “MASSIV,” the latest phase of its flagship project, Big Business District (BBD), in the heart of New Cairo, reaffirming its leading position in Egypt’s real estate market. The announcement also marked the unveiling of the Zaha Hadid Towers — designed by the late world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid — bringing her globally celebrated architectural legacy to Egypt for the first time. The new MASSIV phase covers a total built-up area of 40,000 sqm and comprises 17 buildings that include fully finished offices and clinics, as well as semi-finished retail units. The phase targets expected sales of EGP 19bn, with the first deliveries planned within two years. Construction is progressing on schedule with top-tier contracting partners to ensure timely completion and the highest standards of execution.
