Tarek El Nabrawy, Chairman of Premier Development, highlighted the North Coast’s evolution into a sought-after destination for customers both within and outside the Egyptian market, particularly following the Ras El Hekma development project announcement. This surge in interest from individuals looking to reside or invest in the area prompted the company’s strategic move.
