UAE-based Azizi Developments awarded on October 22 a construction tender of eight residential buildings in its mixed-use project in Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, dubbed “Azizi Victoria,” to India’s contractor Prestige Constructions, Invest-Gate reports.
However, Azizi Developments said the deal is valued at “several hundred million dirhams,” without disclosing the exact figure, according to the company’s recent press release.
“Our contract with Prestige Constructions underlines our focus on working with best-in-class contractors to develop projects that reflect the highest standards of quality and aesthetics,” Executive Director – Engineering Division at Azizi Developments Mohamed Ragheb was quoted as saying.
“With its proven track record and successful execution of projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, Prestige Constructions brings a wealth of experience, the latest construction technology, industry best practices, and expert personnel to this mega-development, ensuring that build quality meets and surpasses our clients’ aspirations,” Ragheb remarked.
Located in MBR City’s District 7 and planned to be built to a British-Georgian design, Azizi Victoria will comprise 27,555 residences across 105 mid- and high-rise buildings, extending over 27.6 mn square meters of built-up area.
“Offering an unparalleled lifestyle with its residents’ health and wellbeing at its core, the compound will be host to a lush green outdoor space, enriched with a vast array of health-focused and recreational amenities,” read the statement.
