With an expected sales value of more than EGP 450 mn, Prime Development launches, Harmont, its first project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.
Prime Development’s Commercial Director Karim Fahmy explains that Harmont is a mix-use commercial and administrative project that spans over 2,600 sqm and consists of ground and 12 floors. Additionally, the project encompasses 240 units.
Moreover, the project is located in downtown on the main axis linking the Mohammed Bin Zayed Axis and the Government District. The project also features a rear view of a garden of eight acres.
Fahmy reveals that Prime Development has contracted with Mimar Architecture and Engineering to carry out the internal and external engineering designs of the project. Fahmy further adds that Prime Development is currently negotiating with a number of contracting companies to assign the implementation of the project. The company is also comparing between a number of management and operation companies to manage the building and provide the best service.
Furthermore, Prime Development will pump more than 30% of the total investment cost of the project until 2022. Besides, it is scheduled to start work on the project site as soon as licenses are obtained from the Administrative Capital For Urban Development ( ACUD ).
Fahmy remarks that the company intends to implement a variety of projects, whether residential, commercial or administrative in NAC.
It is worth noting that Prime Company operates in the Egyptian market and has more than 15 years of experience, during which it implemented several projects in the cities of the Red Sea.
