Prime Developments launches Mid Tower project in the NAC and Majra project in Hurghada, as part of the company’s ambitious expansion plan, Invest-Gate reports.
Eman Talaat, CEO of Prime Developments, says that the first project, Mid Tower, is located on an area of 4,646 meters in a strategic location in the heart of Down Town in the NAC, directly overlooking the Central Park, and only three minutes away from the Misr Mosque and five minutes from the Monorail Station. The company contracted with EFS MISR to manage and operate the project.
The second project, Majra, is located in a strategic location on the Mediterranean coast, five minutes from El Gouna, and 20 minutes from Hurghada International Airport. Further, Prime Developments contracted with Zaro Engineering Consulting Office to be the engineering consultant for the project and EFS MISR to manage and operate the project.
Talaat reveals the company’s expansion plan in East and West Cairo in 2023, which aims to launch more promising national projects.
For his part, Sherif El Domyati, commercial director of Prime Developments, says that the Mid Tower project includes commercial and administrative units. The spaces of commercial units start from 31 meters and the areas of administrative units start from 30 meters. Moreover, reservations will start from October 1st to 19th. The project occupancy will be on October 20 and the company expects to achieve its sales targets from the project’s first offering.
Additionally, the engineering design of the project is in the shape of the letter (L), which gave 90% of the administrative and commercial units a full panoramic view of the most important landmarks of the Downtown. This design also contributes to raising the turnout of the commercial part of the project when it is operated. The project features ground and 12 floors, and the 1st and 2nd floors are dedicated to commercial projects, and from the 3rd to the 12th floor are dedicated to administrative activity.
El Domyati explains that Majra project includes six buildings, and phase I of the project includes three buildings, with a height of one floor and four repeated floors. Majra’s units start from 68 to 243 meters and the reservation of the project starts from October 1st to 19th, while occupancy takes place on October 20th. The project contains a tongue that extends directly to the sea, besides providing hotel services for all units. Alike, the project contains a variety of services, including a social club, swimming pools working with a heating system, and a health club.
