Prime Developments, a prominent real estate development company in the Egyptian market, has announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with Filomix as a strategic partner to establish a concrete plant for executing a series of projects owned by Prime Developments (ION, MidTower, and Harmont) in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative is a key component of its strategic agenda to develop and oversee projects, ensuring top-tier quality and efficient implementation processes that reinforce the company’s competitive edge within the NAC.

The protocol was formalized by Ishak Anwar, Chairman of Prime Developments, and Shenouda Shaker, Chairman of Filomix, in the presence of representatives from both organizations.

Anwar highlighted Prime Developments’ established presence in the NAC, citing ongoing initiatives such as the “Harmont” and “Midtower” projects, alongside the upcoming “ION” residential project that integrates smart systems and occupies prime locations within the distinguished R8 area of the NAC.
