Prime Hospitality signs contract with Contact Shopping an agreement which includes provision of the Contact Company to provide the necessary financing to customers wishing to equip their units in accordance with Prime Hotel Management Group’s terms, Invest-Gate reports.

Moataz Amin, CEO of Prime Hospitality, states that the group works in managing rents for real estate assets, owned by others and requires special levels in both interior finishes and furniture. This in addition to appliances and furnishings to be able to efficiently operate the units that it manages.

He notes that the group has an increasing demand and therefore they must provide the necessary financing to finish and equip all units, which is the role that Contact Finance will play, pointing out that this agreement is activated as of this month.

Amin explains that the Prime Hospitality takes over hotel management of the units whose owners want to lease them whether individuals or companies achieve a return on investment from them, especially with the group’s experience in hotel management.  The total number of hotel units the group is currently managing is 77 hotel units distributed on four brands: Prime Residence, Prime Holidays, Prime Inn and Prime Select.
