Prime Hospitality Management Group announces the opening of Prime Residence in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

The new project is the third to be managed under the company’s Prime Residence brand.

Chairman of Prime Hospitality, Khaled El-Sayyad, notes that the new branch is owned by Prime Capital Real Estate Development Company, while Prime Hospitality is managing the project.

El-Sayyad adds that the new branch includes 21 fully-furnished units based on the highest quality and luxury standards.

He reveals that Prime Residence Sheikh Zayed features unit areas ranging between 40 and 75 sqm, with the option to combine two units to reach a total area of 120 sqm per unit.

CEO and Managing Director of Prime Hospitality, Moataz Amin, states that Prime Residence Sheikh Zayed offers clients all hotel services.

He adds that the group’s total apartments under management reached 205 distributed over its four brands; Prime Residence, Prime Holidays, Prime Inn, and Prime Select.

The company plans to bring up that number to 289 units during the first half of 2023, Amin comments.

Amin says that, before the end of the year, the company plans to add 36 units in the New Administrative Capital and 24 units in Heliopolis.
