Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, followed up during a meeting held today on the latest developments regarding the executive status of the “Ras El Hekma” project on the North Coast. The meeting was attended by Eng. Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities; H.E. Mr. Jassem Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Department of Finance – Abu Dhabi, Managing Director and CEO of El Emmad Holding Company; Dr. Walid Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities; H.E. Mr. Mohamed Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi, and Board Member of El Emmad Holding Company; H.E. Mr. Abdullah Al Sahi, Managing Director of “Modon Holding”; and a number of officials, Invest-Gate reports.

Emphasis on Adhering to Timelines and Advancing Development on the North Coast
At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly welcomed the representatives of the companies contributing to the implementation of the “Ras El Hekma” project, extending his congratulations to them on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The Prime Minister affirmed that the meeting comes in line with the keenness to periodically follow up on the latest developments in implementing this developmental project, with a focus on proceeding according to the approved timelines, as it represents a new development hub in the promising North Coast region.

Review of Infrastructure Works and the Project’s Master Plan
For his part, Mr. Jassem Al Zaabi presented an overview of the key infrastructure projects currently underway within the project, noting that thousands of workers are presently operating across various project sites. He also outlined progress across the different components of the project, including the industrial zone, hotel developments, service facilities, and others.
The Managing Director and CEO of Al Emad Holding Company also reviewed the master plan of the “Ras El Hekma” project and its components, highlighting the built-up areas allocated for residential use, hotel rooms, commercial areas, restaurants, and various recreational activities, as well as the opportunities to capitalize on the promising potential of this area.
