Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly tours the housing projects in the Giza Governorate, accompanied by Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar, and Major General Ahmed Rashid, Governor of Giza, Invest-Gate reports.
Madbouly inspects the units implemented by the Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Communities Authority, in the city of October Gardens for the residents of informal areas in Giza, where he directs the necessity to expedite the completion of all services in the project, according to an official statement on May 10.
The Prime Minister also inspects a housing model furnished within the framework of the project. He praises the level of finishing and furnishing. “We try to provide a high level of finishing & furnishing that meets the aspirations for a better standard of life,” he says.
Furthermore, Madbouly attends a presentation on the project from the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, who elaborates that it includes 104 buildings within modern social housing with an implementation period of up to 18 months.
El Gazzar further adds that the project’s completion rates are currently 98%, and a large part of the utility works have been completed such as sewage, water, electricity, communications, gas, and roads. Moreover, he confirms that this project is for alternative slums, with a special location, because it is close to many important axes, stressing that services have been provided to the people moving to live in this area.
