Prime Minster Monitors Execution Progress of R3 Residential Neighborhood

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly witnessed the inauguration of the Central Center for Civil Status Services and the Post Office during his visit to The New Administrative Capital’s projects on October 8, in addition to touring the R3 Residential District, Invest-Gate reports.

During the visit, Madbouly received an explanation from Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, regarding the ongoing construction work in the “Capital Residence” residential neighborhood.

El-Gazzar pointed out that the neighborhood covers an area of 1,016 acres and consists of eight sectors, comprising 24,130 housing units distributed as follows: 697 residential buildings containing 19,944 units, 328 villas, 157 townhouses with 624 units, 64 mixed-use buildings with 2,560 units, 151,360 sqm of commercial and administrative space, and nine mixed-use buildings with 674 housing units.

Moreover, Madbouly toured various parts of the R3 residential project, observing models of villas and townhouses. He also reviewed the construction progress in the residential buildings, internal roads, and squares. Additionally, he inspected the central area of the oasis in the third residential neighborhood.

Furthermore, during his visit to the R3 residential neighborhood, the Prime Minister witnessed the operation of the Central Center for Civil Status Services and the Post Office, which were inaugurated to serve the public.

Notably, Sherif Farouk, the head of the Egyptian Post Authority, explained the components of the office and the types of services provided to citizens. The Prime Minister also inspected the bus he used to reach the mosque, the commercial market, a private school that has been operationalized, a private fuel station being implemented by the private sector, as well as a restaurant complex in the adjacent eighth sector.
