Approximately ten new land plots will be offered for public services to investors next year in efforts to meet the demand on commercial areas, public services, offices, and entertainment areas in New Assiut City, reported Al Mal.
An additional of three land plots have been previously dedicated to develop three hypermarkets; alongside the Assiut City Center, currently underway, according to Ahmed Omran head of the City’s Center.
New Assiut City has previously submitted drafts for the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in efforts to develop 10 land plots into mix-use projects last April. Measurements of the lands varied from 680 to 11,000 square meters, Al Borsa previously stated.
The city’s plan also included implementing commercial/ office building on four land plots, residential/ commercial projects on three plots, along with some other plots for public services and amenities.
