Pyramids Developments has unveiled Paris East Mall, its fifth commercial project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with sales exceeding EGP 1.5 bn in less than 48 hours, Invest-Gate reports.
Serving over 50,000 people residing in R3 and R2 districts, the new hub will cover 27,000 square meters, with a built-up area of 104,000 square meters, according to the company’s recent press release, noting that the 12-story building will comprise commercial, entertainment, and leisure spots.
Chairman of Pyramids Developments Hesham Elkhouly highlighted that the company have celebrated the latest launch by offering a 10% discount for those who bought two commercial units, confirming, “Paris East Mall is being established with investments estimated at EGP 2 bn.”
El Kholy underlined that the new center will host the first and largest dolphin show in Egypt, along with the largest aquarium, a simulation of a tropical forest above the mall, among other entertainment activities and leisure pursuits.
The Egypt-based property developer is implementing another four commercial malls in NAC, namely Paris Mall, La Capitale, Champ Elysees, and Grand Square Mall, with investments totaled at roughly EGP 6 bn.
