Samcrete Engineers and Contractors’ Pyramids Heights Residences in 6th of October City have already recorded sales of EGP 1.1 bn since the project was first promoted starting from last month, reported Amwal Al Ghad reported on Wednesday.

The project’s 358 residential units will be delivered by 2020, according to the company’s CEO Hisham El-Kheshen.

Samcrete has also signed contracts with Constec Construction and Design S.A.E and Alsafa for Engineering and Contracting to construct 40 residential buildings at a cost of EGP 65 mn, El- Kheshen added.

Samcrete’s total investment in Pyramid Heights Residences amounts to EGP 3.2 bn, allocated between the construction of an office space complex and two residential buildings. The company also plans to establish medical centers in Pyramids Heights on an area of 60,000 square meters.
