Salah Allam, Chairman of Pyramids Rocks for Urban Development, announced that the company will begin delivering units of the Bellamy project in 6th of October City in 2025, approximately a year and a half ahead of the original delivery date agreed upon with clients, Invest-Gate reports.

He emphasized that the company aims to deliver units before the scheduled dates for all its projects and has focused on initiating construction from day one.

He added that Pyramids Rocks serves as the real estate development arm of Salah Allam Construction and Contracting Group, which has been active in the contracting field for 15 years. During this time, the group has implemented several projects in Saudi Arabia and Upper Egypt, with a construction volume exceeding EGP 3 bn over the past 15 years.

Furthermore, he mentioned that the company is currently completing the Bellamy Villas project in 6th of October City and owns two other projects in the area that are planned for sale, with construction set to begin in the first quarter of 2025, pending the issuance of the relevant ministerial decisions.
