Q Development, an Egyptian real estate developer, launches its first project in Egypt’s North Coast called Q North, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Farag, a board member of Q Development, says the company will work to boost the real estate market through partnerships with companies including Jumeirah Egypt for contracting, EGY Capital, Q Asset Management, Q for tourism and investment and Q Art House.

The Q North project will be located on 100 acres in Sidi Abdel Rahman, 136 kilometres from Alexandria on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh road, Farag says.

The project includes a 34,650-square-meter commercial mall and a parking lot for 500 cars,  he adds.

Farag reveals that the project will offer units from 65 sqm to twin houses of 200 sqm at competitive prices. Deliveries will start after three years and finish after four years.

Q North will have a 240-room hotel on 4.5 acres with a 600-meter pool. 80% of the units will be on two floors and 20% on three floors. A 1,800 sqm lake will offer swimming and sports activities, and the project will have 7,600 meters of internal beaches.
