Total real estate transactions in Qatar recorded over QAR 381 million between the 4^th and 8^th of June, Invest-Gate reports.

Over the 5 days, the capital Doha came on top, with 19 real estate transactions with a total value of QAR 173 million, according to the Ministry of Justice’s Weekly Real Estate Newsletter.

Al Khor and Al Dhakira came last in terms of transactions. The value of real estate deals in the two cities amounted to QAR 3 million.

The top three deals included a QAR 35.5 mn deal in The Pearl district, with a total area of 1,388 sqm.

The top real estate deals in Qatar between the 4^th and 8^th of June also included a 2,427 sqm land plot that was sold for QAR 31.35 mn and a residential building that was sold for QAR 22 mn.
