Barwa Real Estate Company granted the construction of “Barwa Village Extension” project to the contractor, Insha Contracting and Trading (ICT), for a total value of QAR 63 mn over a duration of 18 months, QNA reports.

The announcement came on February 4, revealing the project to be constructed on a plot area of 11,096 square meter and consisting of four-floor buildings with a total built up area of 34,492 square meter.

The first, second, and third floors contain 177 residential apartments. The infrastructure work includes construction of two distribution substations and all required utilities for electricity, potable water, drainage, hard & soft landscape, CCTV, roads and car parks, with all storage tanks and pump rooms for potable water, firefighting and gas.
