Total real estate transactions in Qatar recorded over QAR 175 mn between 23 and 27 July 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Over the five days, the Al-Rayyan municipality came on top in terms of the number of transactions, amounting to 15, according to the Ministry of Justice’s Weekly Real Estate Newsletter.

Meanwhile, Doha ranked first in terms of the value of real estate transactions with a total value of QAR 66 mn.

It is worth noting that the total real estate transactions in Qatar recorded over QAR 418 mn between the 16 and 20 of July.
