The latest real estate analytical bulletin issued by Qatar’s Ministry of Justice has unveiled the values of the ten most expensive properties sold in Qatar in July, Invest-Gate reports.
The data highlights six properties in the municipality of Doha, two in the city of Rayyan, and one in Al Wakrah and Al Thumama.
The data is as follows:
- Al Dafna (Doha): QAR 390,140,000
- Al Wukair (Al Wakrah): QAR 73,000,000
- Al Gharrafa (Doha): QAR 61,800,000
- Al Khraij (Doha): QAR 45,217,093
- Al Gharrafa (Doha): QAR 25,363,637
- Hazm Al Markhiya (Doha): QAR 25,000,000
- Hazm Al Markhiya (Rayyan): QAR 25,000,000
- Al Gharrafa (Doha): QAR 24,545,466
- Freij bin Umran (Rayyan): QAR 24,000,000
- Umm Qarn (Al Thumama): QAR 23,000,000
The total volume of real estate trading recorded in registered sale contracts at the Real Estate Registration Administration of the Ministry of Justice during July 2023 amounted to QAR 1,548,821,347.
Notably, data indicates a total of 258 real estate transactions during the month, with the traded areas index witnessing a 4% increase compared to June.
