Qawafil Developments has announced the launch of its latest projects in the second district of Beit Al Watan in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

This residential mini-compound is part of the company’s ambitious expansion plan, characterized by carefully planned gradual growth.

Eng. Mohamed El Gohary, Chairman of Qawafil Developments, highlighted the company’s success in initiating and executing a diverse range of projects that adhere to the highest quality standards.

The company has already delivered some of these projects on schedule and as per agreed specifications, emphasizing a focus on quality and commitment to establish a noteworthy presence in the real estate market. This strategic approach aims to bolster credibility and trust among clients.

The newly unveiled project spans across a 3,200 sqm area within Beit Al Watan. The buildings offer picturesque garden views, complemented by a 3,000 sqm parking area and a 150 sqm swimming pool. The development comprises 48 units of varying sizes. Construction has commenced following the acquisition of necessary permits.

Plans are in place to complete and deliver the project within three years, with an aspiration to beat this deadline. The company’s emphasis on speed and timely delivery aligns with risk mitigation strategies designed to ensure project cost stability and avoid discrepancies between unit prices and implementation expenses.

Qawafil Developments is concurrently overseeing more than 40 separate projects, with a meticulous monitoring process in place to track construction progress. To date, over 15 projects have been successfully delivered, and two additional projects are slated for completion by year-end. These projects are crafted to stand out and further enhance the company’s distinguished portfolio.
