Quality Group International has signed a contract with Global Real Estate company to build a shopping mall in Wakrah City, Trade Arabia reported.

The shopping mall is set to be built on an area of 160,000 square feet, aiming to provide a unique shopping and leisure experience in light of Global Real Estate’s experience as a leading retailer in Qatar.

The project will include a fully equipped supermarket and department store spread over two floors, as well as a parking area, restaurants, a pharmacy, and laundry service facilities. The mall is expected to be completed in mid-2017, according to the Gulf-Times.
