“Radix Development”, has contracted the “IEC” engineering consultancy office to implement the engineering designs for the “Agile” project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.
The contract is signed by Ahmed Zaghloul, executive director of “Radix Development, Faisal Abu Al Azm, CEO of the “IEC” Engineering Consulting Office, according to a company press release.
” The contract with the “IEC” engineering consultancy office comes as a result of its experience in administrative and commercial projects, which is considered among the best engineering offices and expertise houses specialized in these projects, Ahmed Zaghloul, executive director of “Radix Development is quoted as saying.
Zaghloul further explains that the company plans to start implementing the project during 2021 and pumping investments worth EGP300 mn. It aims to provide a distinct real estate product.
Zaghloul points that the company aims to achieve EGP 5 bn investments during the next three years. He further indicates that the investments of the commercial “Agile” project in the New Administrative Capital are estimated at EGP 850 mn. It is expected to reach EGP 1 bn by the completion of the project development.
On his part, Faisal Abu Al-Azm, CEO of the IEC Office for Engineering Consulting, praises the cooperation, elaborating that the detailed plan for the project, which includes various activities, has been prepared.
Abu Al-Azm indicates that the engineering design of the project takes into account the medical, commercial, administrative units. “The final design of the project will be chosen according to the latest proposed engineering designs, as the project is a new addition to the real estate market with new competitive advantages,” he highlights.
It is worth mentioning that IEC participated in the supervision and design of more than 1000 projects with 20 years of experience in the market. The office was established in 1999 and a branch of the company was recently opened in France, with a French-Egyptian partner, Architect Mahmoud El-Ghawabi.
The office won many awards in engineering consultancy, planning, and designs from governmental and private agencies, in addition to having previous work in the Arab countries. The office designed and supervised several administrative and commercial projects in eastern and western Cairo.
