Radix Development announces entering into agreements with a group of major consultancies in the real estate sector to implement a series of projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The company plans to launch projects in the New Administrative Capital.

In a press conference attended by Radix’s partners and the board of directors, the company signs contracts and MoUs with real estate consultancies to improve the quality of its property products.

The company seeks to maintain the highest urban development rates in terms of sustainability and use of clean energy, as well as increasing green areas.

Akram Al Sheikh, Radix Development’s Deputy CEO, reveals that the company inks contracts with major advisors and consultancies in the real estate sector for a variety of services including financial, economic, engineering, marketing, and contracting studies.

The company signs a contract with Archrete to be the engineering advisor for projects that are slated for the coming period, Al Sheikh adds.

He states that an MoU has been signed with Schneider Electric to provide technical and technology solutions to Radix’s projects.

Contracts are penned with UCAC and Remax for development and advisory services for projects, the top executive notes.
