Under the slogan “Save time .. Save money,” Radix Development launched its latest project, Ray Residents, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
For his part, Akram El-Sheikh, Deputy CEO of Radix Development, stated that alongside the company’s celebration of six years in the Egyptian real estate market, Radix has launched its latest project, Ray Residents, in the R8 District in NAC.
El-Sheikh also revealed that the company has allocated investments of EGP 2.5 bn for the new project, which spans 27 acres. The project has successfully recorded EGP 750 mn in contractual sales for the first phase, aiming to achieve total sales of EGP 4.5 bn.
El-Sheikh pointed out that the project comprises various unit sizes, ranging from 165 sqm, 197 sqm, 185 sqm, and to 225 sqm. The units are divided into two to four bedrooms. Additionally, the project includes duplexes as well, with areas from 350 to 455 sqm; namely Ray Villa and Ray Royal.
The project will include various amenities, including a commercial area, pharmacies, medical units, swimming pools, gym, kids’ area, restaurants, cafes, parking areas, and sports areas.
Notably, Radix launched a new success story, Raysides; through which it will offer 80% fully-finished units. Hence, it will satisfy clients’ needs to finish their units simply.
Salman bin Khalil Al-Sabhan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Salmaniah Group in Cairo and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mawfaq Group in Saudi Arabia, explained that the project includes two underground levels as parking areas, as well as a social club.
The project is expected to be launched in five phases and to be delivered in four years from the contracting time. Also, there will be a sales headquarter on ground by the beginning of 2024. It was also mentioned that Radix is collaborating with the specialized contracting company UCAC to provide distinguished real estate products to customers.
