During the press conference, Ahmed Zaghloul, the founding partner and CEO of Salmaniya, emphasized that the company carefully selected a unique strategic location for the implementation of Spinner Mall in the NAC. It consists of a ground floor and 11 recurring floors, with a significant portion allocated to buildings housing various investment units, including medical clinics, shops, and administrative offices. These units come in different sizes and are offered at competitive prices. The mall provides essential services and high-quality facilities to meet the needs of customers and investors. The project aims to achieve sales exceeding EGP 3 bn in the next three years, with an estimated cost of EGP 2.5 bn.

Al-Sheikh also highlighted that Radix Development was the initial nucleus for the formation of the Salmaniya Group of Companies. The group comprises nine companies operating in various industrial, commercial, and service sectors, focusing on industries related to real estate development. These include Agile for Investment, UCAC for advanced contracting, and Radix Smart Tech, providing smart solutions for homes and offices.
