Held under the auspices of the Minister of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities, Invest-Gate hosted its second roundtable “Real Estate Tourism Development” on October 23 and was successfully received.
In its second session of the Real Estate Matrix launched back in January with the first roundtable “Real Estate: Challenges & Opportunities”, Invest-Gate again gathered market key players along with Deputy Minister for National Projects Khalid Abbas and an ample of International delegation to discuss the link between tourism and real estate sectors and how to develop them.
The session tackled many of the challenges within the market and the proper means to boost both sectors. Members of the roundtable have put together a number of proposals that are to be submitted to government. Invest-Gate is to form a committee to follow up on all recommendations moving forward and to supervise all upcoming business meetings and international events.
This roundtable session received great interest from the local media as this session highlighted the real estate export and how to place Egypt on the world map.
