The value of real estate transactions in Qatar drops by 0.97% quarter on quarter (QoQ) during the second quarter (Q2) of 2023, Invest-Gate reports, citing a report by the Qatari Ministry of Justice.

Real estate transactions in Qatar totaled QAR 4.375 bn during the three months that ended in June, down from QAR  4.418 bn in the previous quarter.

Moreover, the number of deals executed in Q2 decreased by 16.05% to 795 deals, compared to 947 deals in Q1.
