The volume of real estate transactions in registered sales contracts at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice reached over QAR 213 mn from August 13 to 17, Invest-Gate reports.

The weekly bulletin issued by the department on August 24, revealed that Al Rayyan Municipality topped the list in terms of the number of executed deals during that period, with 23 transactions, while Al Shihaniya recorded only one transaction.

Doha topped the list of municipalities regarding the value of real estate transactions with QAR 75 mn, followed by Al Shihaniya with QAR 948,000.

Real estate trading in registered sales contracts from August 6 to 10 reached over QAR 118 mn.
