Real Mark Promotes Maadi Co.’s Projects in Cityscape 2022

Real Mark for Real Estate Marketing, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Public Businesses Sector’s Holding Co. for Construction & Development, participates in Cityscape 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

During the event, Real Mark provides exclusive offers and facilities on the projects of Maadi Co. for Development & Reconstruction, a subsidiary of the Holding Co. for Construction & Development. Maadi Co. is considered one of the strategic partners of Real Mark.

Dalia El-Anany, chairman and managing director of Real Mark, says that the company is keen on participating in major real estate exhibitions locally and abroad to promote the projects of the Holding Co. for Construction & Development. Further, exhibitions are one of the important means that Real Mark depends on to communicate directly with clients and identify their needs.

Moreover, the company rolls out exceptional offers as regards projects launched by Maadi Co. for Development & Reconstruction, such as Maadi View, Seabelle, and Maadi Valley in order to push clients to buy units during the exhibition period.

In Cityscape, Maadi Co. promotes new units in Maadi View compound in El Shorouk. Maadi View project spans over ​​136 acres and was planned on six connected islands to ensure that all units overlook the green spaces, which represent 50 % of the project area.

It is worth mentioning that Maadi Co. delivered phase I of Maadi View and it is planned to deliver phase II in 2023. Additionally, the total units that have been delivered in the project are more than 200 units so far.

Real Mark also promotes Seabelle project in New Mansoura, which is the first project of the company in 4G cities. The project spans over ​​58 acres with a direct view of 500 meters on the Corniche of New Mansoura. Real Mark launches new units of Seabelle in New Mansoura. These units are townhouses over ​​310 sqm.

Alike, the company promotes the Maadi Valley compound in Zahraa El Maadi, spread over an area of ​​27 acres and features 41 buildings, comprising of ground, seven, nine, and 11 floors. The company has already delivered many units in the project.
