Real Mark, an affiliate of the Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD), participates in the Egypt Property and Investment Show (EPIS) at the Cairo International Conference Center on July 7 -10, Invest-Gate reports.
During this exhibition, Real Mark promotes the projects of the Maadi for Development and Reconstruction Company; “Maadi Valley” in Zahraa El Maadi, “Maadi View” in Shorouk City, and “Sibil” in New Mansoura, with special offers, and purchase facilities with payment systems up to eight years.
The “Maadi Valley” project covers an area of 27 acres, in the Zahraa El Maadi neighborhood, and includes 41 buildings, with heights varying between ground, seven, nine, and 11 floors. Around 15 buildings are offered so far; and the completion rate of the offered buildings for sale has reached 78%, and around 55% of the project’s infrastructure is done. Currently, some buildings are delivered for finishing works, and others to be delivered in six months.
Moreover, there are special offers for the units of the “Maadi View” compound in Shorouk City. The project spans over an area of 136 acres, and it has been planned on six connected islands to ensure that all units overlook green spaces, covering 50% of the project area. The company is to deliver phase I units, as 85% of the units, 90% of the infrastructure works, and 50% of roads are complete.
Additionally, Real Mark promotes the “Sibil” project in New Mansoura City, which is located on an area of 58 acres, with a direct view of 500 m on the city’s Corniche. It includes 82 buildings with seven different models and a total of 1,800 units of various spaces ranging between 57 to 220 sqm. The project is being implemented in five phases and contains distinguished services, including a 13,000 sqm- commercial mall, a 12,000 sqm- administrative complex, and a 10-acre social club.
