Real Mark for real estate marketing, an arm of the Ministry of Public Business Sector’s Holding Company for Construction and Development, announces that it will offer units in the Ariba project on the north coast at the 21st session of the Hazi Misr exhibition on May 25th in Riyadh with special offers, Invest-Gate reports.
Real Mark will market the units developed by the Alexandria Company for Investment and Urban Development, also part of the Holding Company, at the Hazi Misr expo from May 25 to May 27 in Riyadh’s Burj Rafal – JW Marriot.
Real Mark’s Chief Commercial Officier Ahmed Metwally says the company wants to promote Egyptian real estate abroad and support state plans to export real estate and attract Egyptian and Arab clients.
The Saudi market has a high demand for Egyptian real estate due to close Saudi-Egyptian ties and the large number of Egyptians working in the Kingdom, Metwally notes.
The Ariba project located at kilometre 90 on the Alexandria-Matrouh road covers around 19 feddans with villas from 195 sqm and chalets from 84 to 137 sqm as well as a private beach, lagoon, pools, waterfalls and commercial area including restaurants.
