Egyptian real estate marketer Real Mark will participate in the Cityscape Egypt 2023 exhibition to showcase client projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The company, affiliated with the state-run Holding Company for Construction & Development, will promote developments by Alexandria Company for Investment and Urban Development
at its pavilion.

Real Mark Chairwoman Dalia Al-Anani said exhibitions are important for direct customer communication and identifying market needs to refine future studies.

One highlighted project is the Ariba-North Coast development located two minutes from Marina and 15 minutes from New Alamein on Egypt’s North Coast Highway.

Spread over 79,800 sqm with a 200-meter beach and 21-meter-wide lagoon, the four-terrace project offers views, beaches, and tranquillity, according to Commercial Head Ahmed Metwally.

Real Mark will offer exclusive payment plans including 5% down for the sea-view compound.

The marketer has succeeded in campaigns including television ads for Ariba after refining the owner’s brand identity and plan.

Participation aims to raise project awareness and drive investment in the growing Egyptian real estate sector.
