RED IN Developments announced its contract with ACE – Moharram Bakhoum, one of Egypt and the Middle East’s leading consultancy firms, to launch its latest project, JOYA Residence, in Golden Square, New Obour City. The agreement was signed by Mohamed El-Mansy, Chairman of RED IN Developments, and Prof. Mourad Bakhoum, Vice Chairman of ACE – Moharram Bakhoum, in the presence of officials from both companies, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Said, Chief assed Commercial Officer of RED IN Developments, highlighted that JOYA Residence represents a strong addition to the company’s investment portfolio. Spanning 10 acres in the heart of Golden Square, the project will offer diverse real estate products, competitive pricing, and flexible payment plans, targeting a wide segment of clients.
