The Red Sea governorate is preparing to tender 380 acres of land in August 2016, reported Al Borsa News.
Land offered is in Hurghada and Marsa Alam, and is part of the province’s strategic plan, said Abdeen Abdullah, Director of Housing Directorate.
The current fiscal year’s budget increased by EGP 100 million to reach a total of EGP480 million, versus last’s year EGP 320 million, said Abullah.
The governorate EGP has earmarked 150 million for utility projects including sewage, electricity, and drinking water.
