Strategic Construction Agreement in Ras El Hekma
In continuation of their successful collaboration, Redcon Construction has signed a contract with SODIC (Sixth of October Development and Investment Company) to execute diverse construction works in Phase One of the Ogami project in Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.
Contract Value Exceeds EGP 2 Billion
Eng. Tarek El Gamal, Chairman of Redcon Construction, stated that the total value of the contracted works at Ogami exceeds EGP 2 billion. He explained that the scope covers Phase One, specifically Zones 4, 5, and 6, noting that Ogami is a high end, fully finished residential development.

Mr. Amal AbdElWahed, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Redcon Construction, added that the contracted works include structural and foundation construction, integrated electromechanical works, façade treatments, as well as leveling, fencing, internal fit outs, finishing works, and retaining walls.
About the Ogami Project
Ogami is one of SODIC’s key developments in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast. The project draws its name from the Japanese island of Ogami and spans over 440 feddans. It features an 800-meter sandy beachfront and overlooks approximately 11 kilometers of man made lagoons.
