Redcon Construction, an Egyptian-based company, is developing three new administrative buildings in New Cairo, with an investment worth EGP 640 million, according to Tarek El-Gammal, Chairman of Redcon, as reported by Amwal Al Ghad.
The total area of the three buildings, to be called New Cairo Business Hub, New Cairo Financial Center, and Blue Capital, will be around 80,000 square meters
New Cairo Business Hub will be designed and constructed as a Class A office building and will be located at Plot 84 in New Cairo City Center. The project will cost EGP 270 million, and it will offer around 20,000 square meters of office space for banks and multinational companies.
New Cairo Financial Center will feature 17,500 square meters and is designed to accommodate requirements of the financial sector. Total investment for the Financial Center project is about EGP 170 million.
The third administrative building, Blue Capital, is designed with the multinationals in mind – investment is about EGP 200 million.
Redcon Construction has implemented over 125 projects to date for major companies, including Emaar, Al Futtaim, and Palm Hills.
